0:16 If you’ve ever seen a crew rowing together, everybody pulling in that same [music] direction in unison, that symmetry has a beauty to it. Uh, and

0:25 there’s a power that [music] comes from it that looks effortless. We’ve just brought on a new facility that, you know, I feel like I work there with them

0:34 and they work with us and we’re in constant communication and it’s very personal. When we’re in [music] that boat with our clients and we are one

0:43 with them, there is that unique symmetry that can’t be created in any other way.

0:47 This is not a third party vendor [music] relationship. I remember going to a meeting with you not very long ago with a new behavioral health client and

0:55 [music] they were so impressed by what you and your team were sharing with them. the [music] the level of knowledge and expertise and the depth that you

1:04 could speak to regarding their business and they were not in a very good place, right, from a

1:12 practices perspective, from a financial [music] perspective, like they really needed some help. And I remember them saying to you, just tell us what to do and we’ll do it.

1:19 Yeah. [music] And they’re doing that.

1:21 They’re trusting that we have the experts on [music] staff that are going to step in and fill in those gaps where they’re not strong.

1:28 Yeah. And with that facility in [music] particular, they’ve already implemented some of those strategies and their revenue has already started to increase

1:36 and it’s only been a couple of months and they’re actually now talking [music] about starting a whole other business based off guidance that we’ve given

1:43 them. When [music] we’re in that boat with our clients, we are real partners with them. That’s the concept behind the [music] business. We want them to know

1:51 that we’re one with them and they’re one with us and [music] and we’re all together. It’s our tagline all together

1:59 now. [music]
