As a PEO / Co-Employer, our team completes Federal, State, and Local payroll tax reporting and payment requirements at the PEO and Client level (where required), Including: Quarterly Federal 941, Monthly/Quarterly State Income Tax, Quarterly State Unemployment Tax – PEO and Client level (for Client reporting states), Quarterly Modified Business Tax (Nevada) – Client Reporting, Monthly/Quarterly Local Tax, Annual W2 and W3 Filings.

We help our clients complete the registration process (if they don’t already have an account) for State Unemployment accounts in states that are Client Reporting (as opposed to PEO reporting).

We complete federal tax credit filings (e.g. Research & Development Tax Credit, ERTC – Employee Retention Tax Credit, etc.), filed on the Quarterly Federal 941, as requested by the client.

• In-House Billing: For your convenience, all billing for the new policy will be handled directly by our team, simplifying payment processes.
