Yes. To add your company to our medical insurance and other benefits, a co-employment relationship must be established. We will then be recognized as an employer of record through the payroll submission process.
We offer a variety of benefits plans tailored to your needs. Our options include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, we provide a range of ancillary benefits such as life insurance, disability coverage, and any worksite benefits you wish to include.
For medical coverage, we primarily offer Cigna PPO and Intermountain Healthcare. Additionally, we have access to several other national networks. For dental coverage, we utilize Dentemax, and for vision, we use VSP.
We have an employee benefits administration system that will allow staff to enroll electronically and navigate the enrollment process easily. Additionally, we provide a fully staffed benefits support center where employees can obtain answers to any questions they may have about their benefits.
If you have a broker, please ask them to send us a request for a proposal. If you don’t have a broker, we will need a member-level census from your current medical insurance provider. If you do not have any health insurance currently, an employee census will be sufficient.
